How Content Pages Can Increase a Firm’s Visibility
In today’s technological age, attorney website design can be an important part of competing for clients. If your law firm does not currently have a website or if your webpage is outdated, you should consider creating a new or updated webpage for marketing your firm. Incorporating keywords into the content pages on your website can increase traffic to your site, thereby enhancing your client base. Keywords are words that are commonly searched by individuals on search engines, such as Google, Yahoo!, and AOL. Including keywords in your content pages will cause your firm’s site to appear higher on a list of search results. Because people tend to click on the first few items listed on a search engine, keywords can be vital to lawyer web marketing.
In addition to formulating content pages that are tailored to the key practice areas of your firm, you may also want to consider creating a law firm marketing blog. Blogs are a common way to communicate information about a practice, including recent advancements in your particular areas of law. You can also incorporate keywords into your firm’s blog and links to your firm’s website to increase your firm’s visibility on the Internet.

Yep agree, but make sure you do the requisite keyword research to ensure what you think may be a good thing is in fact something that everyone else considers a good thing. For example, we recently were working with a law firm who were chasing keywords that had traffic of less than 10 searches a month. Now that might be OK if there is a good likelihood of conversion, but otherwise your efforts will be lost. Keyword research is fundamental.
