Twas the week before Christmas, when all around the net

Not a person was clicking, not even on a bet;

 

The website was put up on the internet with care,

In hopes that potential clients soon would be there;

 

The partners were all nestled snug in their chairs,

While visions of new cases took away all their cares;

And the paralegals at their desks,  and I with my phone,

Had just settled down for a long winter’s  dial tone,

When  suddenly my cell rang with such a clatter,

I answered it quickly to see what was the matter.

 

Away to my pocket I reached like a flash,

Took out my blackberry and answered under my moustache.

The light gleamed off my brand new wireless contraption

And gave me pause as to what was about to happen,

When, what to my wondering ears should I hear,

But Cheney Winslow, and her Attorney Internet Marketing Cheer,

With her lawyer website designs, so lively and quick,

I knew in a moment this was better than St. Nick.

More helpful than others her staff they came,

And she whistled, and shouted, and called them by name;

“Now, Amanda! Now, Demica!, now Lisa and Paul!

On Gina! On Eric! On, Lauri and All!

To the top of the Sponsored Search Lists! To the top of the Organics!

Now Dash away!  To Brainstorm, Research & Plan it!

As boring lawyer website designs have been ignored with a sigh,

When they become updated and improved bring searchers, oh my!

So  with optimization and new plans to their computers they flew,

With their laptops full of ideas, ads & keywords too.

 

And then, in a twinkling,  I heard my phone ring

Inquiries coming in  - I felt like a king.

As I put down the cell and turned around,

I saw Cheney, again, leaving town…..

 

And I heard her exclaim as she drove out into the night,

“Happy Attorney Marketing to all, with a great lawyer website!”
