Be Unique (. . . Just Not Too Unique)
There are new reality shows on television every time we turn around it seems. They judge people on everything from being the best singer to the best inventor to the best at surviving in a harsh environment and on and on. One of the more recent shows has to do with finding the best new movie maker. They are going to be down to twelve soon and those who have been eliminated thus far have in part been eliminated for a very common reason: they try too hard to do what no one has ever done.
We want to be unique on the web as much as we do in other areas of life. We strive to prove that we have something different to offer, something no one else can give. The fact is that this is not really the case. None of us can offer something that cannot be found somewhere else. Attorney internet advertising is also no different in this regard.
Web advertising is a way to display your niche and your abilities, your experience and your concentration. But lawyer website design is as much about making a connection with a potential client as it is about showing your own uniqueness.
People who need an attorney are searching for someone who makes them feel comfortable and who lets them know they are being heard. Law firm internet marketing is not as much about the law firm as it is about the person searching for a good lawyer. It’s not that your firm can do something that no other firm in the legal field can do. It is that your firm will do whatever it takes to put the client first and make a personal connection with those who know nothing about daunting legal circumstances in which they find themselves.
Essentially, there are relatively few themes to make a movie about—love, hope, finding peace, generosity, happiness, etc. But what the best movies do is take us into those arenas that are very common to the human experience again and help us feel that there is hope for arriving at a better place in our own experience. Your attorney website should do the same. Contact us at Attorneys Online, Inc. for finding new ways to hit home with those who most need the services you provide.
